Friendly (San Francisco), a provider of AI solutions for insurance, reinsurance, and financial services, has announced that Fionna Kossmann has joined the company as product owner for its claims solutions. Kossmann brings nearly 15 years of experience at Gen Re to the role, where she will help guide product strategy and development for Friendly’s claims technology.
