Modular Solutions (Calgary, Alberta) has closed a financing round led by a strategic industry partner and a group of private investors, facilitated by Tailwind Ventures, also based in Calgary. Although the amount of the funding was not disclosed, Pitchbook data indicates the round ranks among the five largest seed-stage financings for a North American InsurTech since January 2023, and had the second-highest pre-money valuation in that group.
