Ripley is the second woman to serve in the association’s top role. She brings more than 25 years of experience as an independent insurance agent and has held multiple leadership positions within the Big “I,” including chair of the Government Affairs Committee and member of the national Board of Directors. She also served as Maryland state InsurPac chair from 2011 to 2020 and led Big I Maryland in 2014.
