Novidea (Boston and London) has appointed Matt Foster as executive chairman, adding a seasoned insurance technology leader to support the company’s global expansion and innovation strategy.

Foster is based outside Chicago and brings more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise technology organizations. He most recently served as chief operating officer of Duck Creek Technologies, where he oversaw global operations and helped guide the company through its initial public offering.
