LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Atlanta) has introduced LexisNexis Location Intelligence for Commercial, a new underwriting tool designed to help U.S. commercial property insurers better assess loss propensity through predictive modeling and integrated workflow automation.

The solution uses proprietary claims data, neural network-driven risk models, and weather forensics to deliver future-focused risk scores and insights at the point of underwriting and renewal. According to the vendor, the
