HawkSoft (Canby, Ore.) has partnered with Exdion Insurance (Jersey City, N.J.) to introduce artificial intelligence-driven automation tools for independent insurance agencies operating on the HawkSoft platform.

The companies say the integration is designed to help agencies mitigate errors and omissions risk, shorten renewal cycles and improve operational efficiency without increasing staffing levels. Exdion’s AI capabilities will support policy checking, quote comparison, proposal generation and endorsement workflows within the HawkSoft environment.
